What is your return policy?

At Dpsapparel.com, your satisfaction is important to us and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.  We are a custom print shop and our shirts are made-to-order; therefore, we can only offer a 100% refund for shirts that are defective.  Defective shirts must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.  For all other returns such as ordering the wrong size or not liking the fit, we have a $7 restocking fee for t-shirts and a $15 restocking fee for hoodies. Upon receipt of your items, Dpsapparel.com will refund your purchase.
